My Current Situation

Copy of Social Distancing (3)

Menopause is an evil most of us could do without. This is my current situation today. As if everything else in the universe and social distancing is not enough!!

This rabid evil has me so hot today I could tear my hair out and dive into a pool. Bear in mind that I CANNOT swim and am deathly afraid of large bodies of water.

It will not let you be, I cannot get my hormone replacement therapy.

Hyperhidrosis and hot flashes are NOT a good combination, coupled with Texas today @

  1. Oh my! A cold cloth on the back of your neck and cooling foods like cucumbers and melons 🍉 if they can be found yet.
A good fan. I was a walking hot flash last year. Miserable, I know.

  2. Oh, Pene’, I know exactly what you mean. I am a fan of doing as much naturally for my body as possible, so I’m including a link that gives helpful foods as well as supplements to aid with menopausal symptoms. I hope you find this helpful. I a fan of Drs. Axe and Jordan. Blessings my friend ♥

    1. Thank you Ms Jacquie, I will check it out now.
If there was ever a 2nd lifetime for us I request to be a male.

  3. I am praying for you my dear. I have those symptoms as well but not as bad as you are feeling. I went to a seminar about menopause and they said that drinking sage tea can be relaxing. I find it so also.

    1. I will have to look into that. I know sage from growing up back home, but not here.
      Thanks my dear.

      1. The sage is sold in supermarkets where the herbs are kept. It is a great tea. I am going to have some right now before going to bed.

        1. Ok, I will have to shop for some.

          1. Great. I put the celery root in some water and it is already growing.
