  1. Sharing and thank you for sharing

  2. this is really important, i’m glad my family is taking vitamin d pills. hope you are well <3

    1. I am glad too, vit D deficiency is so common in dark skin.

      1. I have to take vitamin D pills as well.

        1. Always a good choice Ms Lydia. Lots of dark people are vitamin deficient.

          1. My doctor said it’s a must. I’m sooooo low on it!

            1. Especially since you are not a dairy eater, you will have to also seek out Vit D fortified foods as well.

              1. So very true.

  3. It really is a very important recommendation. Worthy of being taken into account for what it represents for health. Hopefully the message reaches a lot of dissemination.

    1. Thank you for your insight.

      1. You are welcome

  4. I take Vitamins C and D every day. My daughter was not, but at her doctor consult a week ago, her doctor told her to take 1000 mg of C and 1000 IU of D. The doctor said everybody in our area is D deficient and should be taking Vitamin D every day. I specifically asked her if my daughter had to take it on days when she gets out in the sun, and she said, yes, she has to take it anyway.

    1. That is something… we all should try to improve our immune system.

      1. Yes! It’s more urgent now than ever.

  5. Thank you for sharing!

  6. Great post once again!

ps- I nominated you for the awesome blogger award.
    Have a wonderful day!💙💫

    1. Thank you so much. Have a blessed day.

      1. You’re welcome 😊

  7. Thank you for sharing. I am suppose to be taking those pills but I have been neglectful. This is a perfect reminder.

    1. Good, go on and get those pills.

      1. I have them. I am trying to take them consistently.

        1. You can do it. I am not great with pills, but I have been trying harder as well. Since Gabe told me that in NY they are giving the COVID patients Vitamins C, D and zinc. I do not want to keep writing about the virus a lot as people are fed up with hearing about it. But stock up on you immune builders.

          1. Thanks for the advice. This pandemic is still a topical discussion

  8. Thank you! I am sharing. My daughter is vitamin D deficient and has been on a prescription for the last few months. I probably am too like many people in Ireland. We don’t get much sun so we’ve started taking supplements. Stay well my friend!

    1. Good day to you. Most of us are spending way too much time inside and not seeing as much sunlight as we should.
Glad to see you are going well. I enjoyed your mother’s day pics.

      1. Thank you 😊

  9. Thanks for sharing this sis. It’s important that our immunity is built. I take vitamin C supplements almost every day. 😊

    1. Add Vit D and some zinc to that as well.
